Afghanistan Earthquake: Magnitude-6.1 quake hits Jarm, strong tremors felt in Kabul

An earthquake of magnitude-6.1 has jolted Kabul, north and northeastern regions of Afghanistan. Tremors were felt as far away as Islamabad and New Delhi.
There were no immediate reports of any damage or casualties. The quake also hit parts of neighboring Pakistan, where one infant was killed and several of her family members injured. The epicenter was near Afghanistan's Jarm, with a depth of about 180 kilometers.
