French dairy giant, Lactalis, is expanding its recall of tainted baby food products over fears of salmonella. 30 countries are now affected. It's now recalling all infant formula and baby food products made at a factory in northwest France. The company says the outbreak began after renovation work there earlier this year - production has now been halted. Earlier this month, Lactalis launched an initial recall after 26 infants became sick.
