China expects President Xi Jinping's scheduled meeting with his counterpart Donald Trump in Germany later this week to be a success, vice finance minister Zhu Guangyao said on Thursday.
Speaking during a press conference in Hamburg on Thursday, Zhu also said China would implement agreements from last year's G20 Hangzhou Summit, aiming to further cooperation with other countries and build an open economy.
President Xi is expected to meet with Trump during the G20 Hamburg summit, which will be held on Friday and Saturday.
