The Chinese mainland is criticizing Taiwan for rejecting extra flights during the Spring Festival. Mainland's Civil Aviation Administration says Taiwan authorities are making excuses to undermine the operation of China Eastern Airlines and Xiamen Air. The agency says it's nonsense to name the routes like M-503 dangerous, given the fact that they been approved by the International Civil Aviation Organization. The Civil Aviation Administration says Taiwan authorities should respect people's demands for cross-strait exchanges.
