The staff at this hotel might be a little rusty when it comes to customer service, but it's hardly surprising as the place is run almost entirely by robots.
From the multi-lingual robots that check you in, to the robotic arm that will store your luggage and the porter robots that will carry your bags to your room - the Henn na Hotel in Tokyo Bay has to be seen to be believed.
The extraordinary hotel opened its doors to the public on March 15, less than two years after the same company, H.I.S. Group, launched its first robot hotel in Nagasaki - which was recognized as the first of its kind by Guinness World Records.
