A new report shows people in China have been sleeping better in the past five years. According to the 2017 China Sleep Quality Index, people in China averaged a score of 74.2 points out of a possible 100. That's a 10-point improvement in an index that measures how regularly one sleeps, how quickly one can fall asleep, and the number of hours one spends in bed.
