A new round of Brexit talks continues, following chief EU negotiator Michel Barnier's arrival in London the day before. In a meeting on Monday, Barnier warned UK Prime Minister Theresa May that leaving the customs union would result in unavoidable barriers to trade in goods and services. He says it's time for the UK to decide on what type of relationship it wants with the EU after the divorce. His comments come after May ruled out staying in any customs union after Brexit.
