China's State Council Information Office has briefed the media on this year's No. 1 Central Document. Han Jun , the Director of the Office of the Central Rural Work Leading Group, outlined the document's goals and principles.

HAN JUN, DIRECTOR THE OFFICE OF CENTRAL RURAL WORK LEADING GROUP "The rural revitalization strategy shall be the common will and common effort of the whole party and must be advanced with a coordinated pace and understanding. In every aspect, developing culture in rural areas must be treated as a priority, in terms of officials, allocation of factors, financial support and public service support. The party shall provide firm and strong support for the rural revitalization."
