US President Donald Trump tweeted his support of protests against Iran's economic problems on Friday night. He said, the "Iranian government should respect their people's rights, including right to express themselves."
Iran responded that the support for the protests is "deceitful and opportunist", and said, "the Iranian people see no value in the opportunistic remarks."
