Premier Li meets with New Zealand Governor-general

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met with New Zealand Governor-general Patsy Reddy on Tuesday afternoon at Government House in Auckland.
The two leaders exchanged opinions on bilateral ties and international and regional issues of common concern.
Li said China–New Zealand relations kept setting new records in China’s relations with Western developed countries.
According to the Xinhua News Agency, Reddy said New Zealand attaches great importance to its relations with China, and that New Zealand's future is closely related to China's development, adding that her country is willing to enhance exchanges and deepen cooperation with China for the benefits of the two countries and peoples.
The New Zealand governor-general is the official representative of the New Zealand monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, who resides in Britain.
