Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Monday that the "One Country, Two Systems" is the best institutional arrangement to maintain Hong Kong's long-term prosperity and stability.
President Xi made the remarks during a visit to an exhibition at the National Museum in Beijing profiling achievements made in Hong Kong over the past 20 years since its return to China.
