Israel is marking its annual day of Holocaust Remembrance with an official ceremony in Jerusalem.
The country came to a standstill on Monday during a two-minute siren in remembrance.
From sunset Sunday until sunset on Monday, the country is remembering the genocide of six million European Jews by Nazi Germany during World War Two.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the lessons of the Holocaust guide him daily and issued a warning to Israel's enemies not to test the country.
