China’s air force has begun using a new domestically developed drone. 

The GJ-1 drone is capable of reconnaissance and attack. 

"Drones are getting integrated into the new combat system of the Air Force ever more quickly. They will definitely play a great role in safeguarding our country's airspace security in the future," said Wang Mingliang, professor from the Air Force Command College.
