We stay with football and head to Italy, where Inter Milan travelled to face Fiorentina. The Nerazzuri had gone four games without a victory and could ill-afford to drop more points, and fall further behind leaders Napoli, but that is what would happen as Giovanni Simeone rescued a point for the hosts.

Inter go ahead when Mauro Icardi scores his league-leading 18th goal in 20 matches early in the second half with a rebound of his own header, off a free kick.

But Fiorentina draw level in injury time, after a few deflections the ball lands at Simeone's feet and the Argentine scores after being set up by a short pass from substitute Valentin Eysseric inside the area. It is the seventh goal this season for Simeone, the 22-year-old son of Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone. The draw means Inter are now in third place, six points off leaders Napoli.

In other action, Udinese equalized with an own goal from Chievo defender Nenad Tomovic, who redirected a cross into his own net in a failed clearing attempt. Udinese's five-match winning streak is over. Udinese is seventh, Chievo 13th.
