Donald Tsang Yam-kuen, the former chief executive of Hong Kong, will be sentenced on Wednesday after being found guilty by a court of misconduct while in office on February 17. Tsang faces up to seven years in prison. The judge said it was unlikely he would be handed a suspended sentence, after a trial which lasted more than a year.
