Shanghai Ship Capsize: 3 crew members rescued after ship sinks, 10 still missing

The Shanghai maritime search and rescue center says that three people were rescued, and another 10 are still missing after a cargo ship capsized and sank off the Shanghai coast Tuesday night. The cargo ship was carrying 5,000 tons of steel products, and was sailing from Yingkou to Shanghai.
