Korean Peninsula Diplomacy: DPRK proposes new talks on Wednesday

The DPRK is proposing to hold another round of working-level talks with South Korea to discuss its participation in the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. According to Seoul's unification ministry, the DPRK proposed to meet Wednesday on the southern side of Panmunjom. The DPRK will send its three-member delegation led by Jon Jong Su, the vice chairman of the state agency in charge of inter-Korean affairs.
