We finish with more about the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics as the torch relay reached the city of Seongnam where mixed martial arts superstar Joanna Jedrzejczyk was one of the featured torchbearers.
The relay began its journey in Incheon on November 1st, travelling along a route measuring exactly 2,018 kilometers through nine provinces and eight major cities across South Korea. South Korean field hockey players were among the torch carriers on Monday. Jedrzejczyk, who was the Ultimate Fighting Championship women's strawweight champion until she lost her belt to Rose Namajunas on November 4th, got a turn with the torch. The flame will reach its final destination on February 9th when it will light the cauldron at the Opening Ceremonies of the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.
