Premier Li signs bilateral deals with Sao Tome and Principe PM Trovoada

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday met with the Prime Minister of Sao Tome and Principe, Patrice Trovoada, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
Trovoada's seven-day visit to China comes less than four months after Sao Tome and Principe resumed diplomatic ties with the country. Premier Li said that China cherishes equal relations with every nation, regardless of size. He added that China hopes Sao Tome and Principe can stick to the "One China" policy, and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
After the meeting, Li and Trovoada attended a signing ceremony for bilateral deals in the fields of economic technology, infrastructure construction and travel.
