The death toll following an earthquake on the border between Iran and Iraq continues to rise.

State media from both nations say at least 332 people have been killed so far. The Iranian state TV says more than 328 people are dead in the country. The earthquake was felt in several western provinces of Iran. The hardest-hit area was the province of Kermanshah. Officials say the death toll is expected to rise further as search and rescue teams scour remote areas of Iran.
