The 2017 Chengdu Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair has opened in Chengdu, southwest China.

The three-day event is expected to draw more than 600 participants from home and around 30 countries, with delegates including government leaders, world-renowned scientists, academics, diplomats, entrepreneurs and investors.

The fair was organized to encourage an exchange of ideas on innovation and entrepreneurship, major focuses for China’s government.

The 2017 Chengdu Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition covers a total area of 15,000 square meters and features 300 exhibitors.
