[]
Now we continue a special series of reports on how foreign political parties view China's 19th CPC national congress. Today we'll head to Pakistan, where our correspondent Daniel Khan spoke exclusively with the chairperson of the centre-nationalist Pakistan Muslim League-Q party. Kamil Ali Agha talked about China's upcoming National Congress, and how his party is cooperating with the CPC, which, he said, is behind China's rise in recent decades.

DANIAL KHAN ISLAMABAD I'm joined by the spokesperson of Pakistan Muslim League Q, Mr. Kamil Ali Agha. Thank you for speaking to CGTN. What's your view on the Communist Party of China?

KAMIL ALI AGHA PAKISTAN MUSLIM LEAGUE (Q) SPOKESPERSON China has always been a communist nation. What they have delivered to the country and their people is remarkable. They have managed to steer clear of dynastic politics and spring changes from within their party, keeping the best interests of the country in mind. If a leader doesn't add to the prosperity of the nation, replacements are brought in. China has to be one of the most systematic nations in the world.

DANIAL KHAN ISLAMABAD What do you think the Communist Party of China has changed in the last few decades? How do you evaluate these changes?

KAMIL ALI AGHA PAKISTAN MUSLIM LEAGUE (Q) SPOKESPERSON Even though China came into being 2 years after Pakistan, Pakistan pales in comparison to what China has achieved. China has still managed to single-handedly change the economical structure of the world! One of the strongest nations, the United States of America, is in China's debt! Countries around the world are ready to welcome Chinese investors into their economies.

DANIAL KHAN ISLAMABAD What do you think about relations between your Party and the Communist Party of China?

KAMIL ALI AGHA PAKISTAN MUSLIM LEAGUE (Q) SPOKESPERSON Our party has always had very good relations with China. And all ambassadors that come and go. Our meetings with them are very frequent. When we were in power, we arranged many visits to China, our ministers went back and forth very often. We also arranged many study tours during our time.

DANIAL KHAN ISLAMABAD What's the most impressive event during the past interactions and cooperation between your party and the Communist Party of China?

KAMIL ALI AGHA PAKISTAN MUSLIM LEAGUE (Q) SPOKESPERSON I feel China trusts us in the same way we trust them. We feel a sense of comfort with each other, and know we'll be watching out for each others' interests. Bhutto's relationship with China is one of the main reasons China feels so secure investing in Pakistan. The relation that is bearing fruit now, was seeded by Bhutto!

DANIAL KHAN ISLAMABAD Do you have any expectations of future cooperation between the two countries and the two parties?

KAMIL ALI AGHA PAKISTAN MUSLIM LEAGUE (Q) SPOKESPERSON Of course! China is our beloved neighbour and our brother country! We have always stood by each other. Both countries have always seen eye-to-eye on all issues and helped each other through all troubles. Our relationship is eternal, especially now, looking at the role the U.S. is playing and their hostility towards Taiwan, Afghanistan, Syria and many other countries and regions. China is on its way to becoming the new super power!

DANIAL KHAN ISLAMABAD What are PMLQ's expectations towards CPC 19th Party Congress?

KAMIL ALI AGHA PAKISTAN MUSLIM LEAGUE (Q) SPOKESPERSON First of all, I want to wish China a Happy 68th birthday! I want to congratulate the whole Chinese nation, the Communist Party. I want to congratulate them on becoming what they are now, in a period of just 68 years. The reason behind all the development and prosperity is of course the Communist Party! We try to follow in their footsteps in terms of economy and development.
