Syria Conflict: Turkey says its forces and allies control strategic mountain

Turkey's state-owned Anadolu Agency says Turkish forces and Syrian fighters have taken control of the strategic Mount Bursayah. The mountain lies between the Kurdish-held Afrin region and the Turkish-controlled Syrian town of Azaz. Footage from the Turkish Dogan News Agency is said to show pro-Turkey Syrian fighters and Turkish mechanised infantry units on top of the mountain. The Turkish military was defending the position on Sunday with heavy shelling and bombing.
