During this year's Wuhan Open, some tennis fans had an opportunity of attending a workshop hosted by Li Na.
The former world No. 2 retired three years ago and played less than 10 times in court since then.
She set her course into finding the new stars in China and enjoyed her time of playing with young kids.
"I like to play with children, it's much easier, less pressure, also I like to show them that tennis is a very interesting sport."
The Wuhan native is happy to see China's Wu Yibing succeeding in the world stage by winning the US Open junior boys' singles and doubles title. But she hopes the fans and media won't put too much pressure on these rising stars.

"Everyone will be working so hard, so don’t give too much pressure on the players," said Li Na. "If they win a match, everything seems perfect. But once they lose, the public tend to say something negative. Giving more space to the players is very important."
The veteran is always looking forward to the Chinese players. She thinks they have a lot of chance to do well.
As the tennis season in Asia progresses, the Wuhan Open ambassador believes more tournaments in China will benefit both the players and the fans.
After the US Open, there are more than 10 tournaments in China, which, she thought was good for the players as they don't have to endure the long-distance travels. As for the fans, they get to watch top players and good matches every week.
