The 54th Munich Security Conference has kicked off in Germany, where the Chinese delegation is expected to explain the concept of "common security".

The Chinese delegation is being led by Fu Ying. She is the chairwoman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of China's National People's Congress. She said on Friday that China takes the path of win-win cooperation. She added that the delegation will also introduce Chinese President Xi Jinping's vision, of creating a community of shared future for mankind. More than 30 heads of state and government, and over 100 cabinet ministers from around the world, are attending the annual three-day conference.
