At least three people have been killed and 20 wounded in an explosion outside an office of Save the Children in Afghanistan. Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack in the eastern city of Jalalabad. After blowing up a car outside the British charity's compound in Jalalabad, the attackers used a rocket-propelled grenade to storm the complex.
