South Korea's Blue House says President Moon Jae-in has formed a committee to prepare for an upcoming inter-Korean summit.
The two sides have agreed to hold their first meeting in late April at the Peace House, a South Korean building in the truce village of Panmunjom. If held as scheduled, Kim Jong Un will become the first DPRK leader to set foot on South Korean territory since the end of the Korean War. The South Korean Foreign Minister, Kang Kyung-wha, is traveling to Washington to discuss details of their summit plans with the DPRK. Trump has agreed to meet Kim Jong Un by May.
