More than 20,000 dolls decorated Katsuura on March 3 to celebrate Hinamatsuri, Japan’s Doll's Day. In the city's cultural center, tourists were amazed at the 6,000 well-dressed dolls on display, some of which are 200 years old. The traditional holiday is a special occasion for praying for health and happiness of young girls.
