Hop on! Seeing the sights of Xiamen by bike

The southeastern Chinese city of Xiamen in Fujian Province is a popular tourist destination, known for its picturesque scenery and mild climate.

And with the city’s Gulangyu Island added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites this year, tourist numbers are steadily on the rise.

Xiamen has also been named one of China’s most bicycle-friendly cities, with locals and visitors alike keen to get into the saddle to see the sights.
