Special envoys sent by South Korean President Moon Jae-in have returned from the DPRK after a two-day visit. The DPRK's official news agency KCNA said supreme leader Kim Jong Un exchanged in-depth views with the high-level delegation, saying he wants to "vigorously advance" ties with South Korea. The two sides said they reached an agreement on a possible summit with President Moon Jae-in. The rare visit by South Korean officials was the first of its kind since Kim came to power. One aim of the trip was to try to hammer out conditions for dialogue between Washington and Pyongyang.
