The Egyptian government has ordered an inquiry into the train crash that has left at least 43 people dead and 133 more injured near Egypt's coastal city of Alexandria.
According to the country's Transport Minister Hisham Arafat, the passenger train crashed into the back of another train in Egypt's Khorshid district as a result of "human error."
