After completing constructing the main structure of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in July, engineers and workers are now busy wrapping up the world's largest cross-sea bridge in China's southern coast.
The construction of the 13.43-kilometer-long bridge will be completed by the end of November.

The workers employed a special method to build the tunnel linking Zhuhai City to the bridge to meet the deadline.
The engineers froze the underground soil with the specially-designed freezing tube, built the tunnel, and then unfroze the soil.

The freezing method stabilized the underground environment to ensure workers' safety, and accelerated the progress at the same time.
