Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that three more rounds of talks on South China Sea Code of Conduct are to be held in 2018, China and ASEAN are willing and able to draft rules on their own. Wang was speaking at a press conference on the sidelines of the first session of China’s 13th National People's Congress (NPC) in Beijing on Thursday.
