Afghan officials said Monday that at least five people were killed in a suicide bomb attack in Kabul. A spokesman for the interior ministry said that the bomber blew himself up near an office belonging to Afghanistan's intelligence agency in the capital. ISIL has claimed responsibility for the attack.
