Turning now to the latest in the road collapse that occurred in downtown Foshan in South China's Guangdong province. As of 7 p.m. local time on Thursday, the official death toll had risen to 10, with one still missing. Rescue efforts are ongoing. The collapse happened on Wednesday night, at a construction site of the Foshan Subway Line 2 in Chancheng district. Water leaks caused damage to the tunnel, eventually leading to a cave-in of a road.
