A second attempt at implementing a ceasefire in Syria's rebel-held eastern Ghouta has begun. It's providing residents with a five-hour "humanitarian pause" to evacuate injured from the Damascus suburb. It's also allowing humanitarian convoys to deliver food and medicine to the besieged enclave. So far, there have been no signs of aid deliveries or residents leaving. During the first daily "pause", strikes and artillery fire continued, causing 7 deaths. The violence in eastern Ghouta over the past week has been one of the deadliest in Syria's seven-year war.
