Huang Hong, a Chinese corruption suspect and one of the country’s top 100 overseas fugitives, has returned to China 19 years after she fled to the US, the anti-corruption authority said on Monday.

The 50-year-old was an accountant for a company based in north China's Hebei Province before she was accused of embezzling public funds, according to a statement from the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI).
She is the 43rd of the 100 fugitives to either return or be repatriated to China since the list was issued in 2015.
