The United States, Britain, France, and five other countries are urging the UN Security Council to discuss the fate of Rohingya refugees driven out from Myanmar. The council held a meeting on Tuesday to hear a UN High Commissioner for Refugees report on the issue. The meeting came nearly three months after the council demanded Myanmar rein in its security forces and allow the Rohingya to return home. But Myanmar's government has turned down a visit by council envoys to Rakhine state.
