A human rights group says Myanmar is building security installations on top of destroyed Rohingya villages.

A new report says there's been a rapid increase in the construction of military projects since the start of the year. Researchers call it a "military land grab", casting doubt on plans to return refugees. The government rejects the allegations, saying police stations are being built as part of village construction plans. Nearly 700-thousand Rohingya Muslims fled during a crackdown six months ago.
