At least one killed by tropical storm in Vietnam

Tropical storm Talas has killed at least one person in central Vietnam. According to Nghe An Province authorities, a woman died after the roof of her house collapsed.

Meanwhile, 10 people are missing after a cargo ship transporting coal sank. Flights to and from airports in central provinces have been cancelled until further notice.

Talas is the second tropical storm to hit Vietnam this year. The storm also battered China's Hainan Island on Sunday.
