Passengers blindly follow screaming man rushing out of train

Passengers on a subway in south China city of Shenzhen were caught following behind a man who rushed out of the carriage screaming.

Surveillance camera footage showed a man starting to alight the train in a hurry, and suddenly almost everyone on board followed in frenzy.

Subway staff tried to calm down the crowd, and passengers finally realized nothing actually happened.

In fact, nothing went wrong at the time and the man who got off the train in a hurry was merely going about his daily routine.

“The first thing that came to my mind was ‘maybe something has happened’, so we ran with the crowd,” said one of the passengers.
