France has unveiled a plan to fight racism and anti-Semitism by focusing on schools and social media.
The European Union is working on rules to compel platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter, to filter out hate speech. France's Prime Minister says his country will tighten its rules and create a team of experts to help teachers deal with hate.
