The poisoned former Russian spy is no longer in critical condition at a British hospital. Doctors say Sergei Skripal is responding well to treatment and quickly improving. His daughter, Yulia, also remains in stable condition. The two were poisoned with a nerve agent last month. The British government blames Russia for the attack, but Moscow denies any involvement.
