The White House said on Friday that US President Donald Trump will attend regional summits and discuss trade in Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, Vietnam and the Philippines from November 3 to 14, adding that he will attend the ASEAN Summit as part of his Asian tour.
"The president’s engagements will strengthen the international resolve to confront the North Korean (the Democratic People's Republic of Korea) threat and ensure the complete, verifiable, and irreversible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula," The White House said in a statement.
