We start in the Russian city of Kemerovo, where the death toll from a fire at a shopping mall has risen to 64. Firefighters are still recovering bodies and parts of the building are still smouldering. The fire swept through the upper floors of the mall housing a movie theater and children's play area. State investigators have opened a criminal investigation and four people have been detained.
