New trick to deal with traffic police: dance hysterically on road On July 15, a man driving an unlicensed scooter was caught by traffic police in Haikou City, south China's Hainan Province. In a moment of desperation, he started to dance hysterically on the crosswalk and then tried to attack the officers, before being brought down bu police. However, the man again bizarrely started to dance, and then managed to escape from the police and ran away on foot. The next day, however, the man turned himself in, and now he faced a 5-day detention.
