In response to a reporter from Prensa Latina, Cuba, asking about new proposals to build cooperation in culture and information among countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, Xiang Zhaolun, Vice Minister of Culture said that China has drawn up an action plan for cultural development within the Belt and Road Initiative. In the meantime, further work will be done regarding the cooperation of museums and theaters.
