Kabul Explosion: Death toll rises to 33 in suicide bomb attack in Afghan capital

The death toll from Wednesday's suicide bomb attack in Afghanistan's capital Kabul is now at 33. Dozens more are said to be injured.
The interior ministry said a suicide bomber struck close to Kabul University and a Shiite shrine. The attack comes as the country marks the beginning of the Persian new year. The Islamic State militant group has claimed responsibility.
