More football now as the draw for the FIFA Under-20 Women's World Cup has taken place at Rennes Opera House in France. China earned a spot in the tournament after they beat Australia 3-0, taking third place at Asian under-19 championship last year. The Steel Roses looking to move into the knockout stage, missing out four years ago in Canada.
Ghana's Black Princesses are in Group A alongside 2016 finalists and hosts France. They're joined by New Zealand and the Netherlands. Defending champions DPRK are in Group B, alongside England, Mexico and Brazil. Group C comprises 3-time champions the U.S., Japan, Paraguay and Spain. Nigeria's Falconets have been drawn in Group D alongside power houses in female football, Germany, as well as China and Haiti. The tournament kicks off August 5th.
