UN chief Antonio Guterres says the issue of migration is here to stay, and urged countries to respect the human rights of those looking for better living conditions. His comments came after three European countries formed a so-called "axis of the willing" against illegal immigration, and the US came under fire for separating the children of illegal immigrants from their parents. The UN International Children's Emergency Fund -- or UNICEF -- urged Washington to show more empathy in certain cases.
